Consider requesting gluten-free options at the bar, as the staff are attentive and willing to accommodate special dietary requests.

We absolutely loved the inviting pool area with all the palm trees and vibrant vegetation. The breakfast spread was not only ample but also included local cuisine, offering a delightful start to our days. we found the location ideal. it was close enough to local attractions yet still maintained a relaxed atmosphere away from the noise.

It was just a fitting option for a whistle-stop in Laganas with great value-to-price ratio. The food was plentiful and varied, particularly the new chef's chicken dishes, which impressed me. Arrive early for the best chance at sun loungers by the pool.

The staff really made a difference, especially the receptionists who were always ready to help with a smile. Anna in the restaurant constantly replenished the buffet, keeping the food hot and delicious. I was happy to see gluten-free options available, which was a nice touch. The cleaning staff did a great job overall, although I'd hoped for a more thorough cleaning at some points. The pool area looked inviting, and it was well-maintained, with sunbeds available most of the time. there were issues with noise at night from some of the guests, which can be a downside when trying to relax. The air conditioning charged was 5 euros per night, manageable but an extra cost I'd rather not have. The location away from the main strip offered a peaceful atmosphere, but a long walk to the beach. Proximity to local excursions made it convenient for planning day trips. Mixed feelings about the entertainment options as they felt limited, but they had events that appealed to some guests. A good place for families looking for a quiet getaway, though some noise disturbances from late-night revelers can detract from the experience.

Perfect getaway with a nice pool
The staff were super friendly, especially Anna at the bar who made the best snacks! The BBQ night was a highlight with delicious food. Only bummer was the AC you gotta pay for, but the vibe was chill and the pool area was really pretty.

missingWrote a review on Aug 05air conditioning
Upon arrival, there was confusion regarding check-in, where I faced unexpected issues that left me initially stressed. The air conditioning came with a €30 surcharge, which felt frustrating, considering the hefty all-inclusive rate. While the food variety was decent, it leaned towards repetitive, leaving little excitement for the palate after a few days—a different dish each day would have been nice. No sun loungers were available by the pool during peak hours on some days, limiting relaxation options. Lastly, the walk to the beach required a solid 20-minute trek, which might be inconvenient for some guests.

Everything was well cooked, with plenty of variety each night, and the staff managed to run it all with ease, making our holiday relaxing! Breakfasts were plentiful, and the bar/lounge area was inviting.
The only downside was occasionally having to secure a sunbed early due to the sunbed mafia.
